We are available to hold an outreach workshop in your community, contact us for more details. We are based in Saskatchewan, but have held workshops all across North America. We can design your workshop to fit the availability of the participants. We can do weekend workshops or even monthly sessions. Virtual sessions are available.

Introduction, What is bonding?

Session 2 - Do - A dear, a female dear.

The Value of a Woman. * Spouse invited.

Session 3 - Re - A drop of golden sun.

The value of your baby.

  • The development of the baby in the womb.
  • The influences of stress on the lives of you and your baby.
  • Choosing a positive attitude during your pregnancy and beyond.
  • The bonding effect.

Session 4

Continued - The value of your baby.

Session 5 - Mi - A name I call myself

What Makes You - You.

  • Looking at your natural abilities.
  • Your personality, passions, personal experiences and how you've shaped your character.
  • Your positive traits and negativity influence your baby and bonding relationship.

Session 6 - Fa - A Long, Long Way to Run.

Addressing Fear.

  • Addressing the many fears we have in our lives and the impact it can have on our bonding ability, the baby, labor and delivery.

Session 7 - So - A Needle Pulling Thread.

Generational Hand-Me-Downs. * Spouse Invited.

  • Discussing how we're conditioned from the ideas of past generations.

Session 8 - La - A Note to Follow So.

Sending it on Down the Line. * Spouse Invited.

  • Choosing the parenting ideas and values that we want to pass to the next generation and the ones we want to avoid.

Session 9 - Ti - A Drink with Jam and Bread.

Finding 'You' time.

  • The importance of treating yourself with respect and caring for your needs as well as the baby's.

Session 10 - And That Brings Us Back to Do

  • Discussing goals and plans for the future.

Baby shower to follow.  There will be a followup home visit after each baby is born.
